Once our team is in receipt of your email they will deal with your query and respond accordingly within 24-48 hours.

If you wish to exchange products just email us at info@seatpal.co.uk within 14 days from the day following delivery of the goods.
We will aim to exchange your item/s as quickly as possible and normally within 5 working days from receipt of your returned item.

Please note any made to order bespoke items or requests cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Please note we can only exchange items that do not have logos.

Logos are applied to items once they are ordered hence they are personalised. 

All personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

You can only return an item/s by post if you ordered it online or by phone.

Please enclose your order number within the parcel for traceability, this is mandatory for all returns otherwise we will not be able to trace your return parcel.

It is important that any unwanted item/s are returned in FULL in their original condition.
We would expect this to mean: - Items are returned in their original packaging and in original condition - It is undamaged and unused with all, if applicable, pieces intact and enclosed.

Once in receipt of the returned item/s we will inspect them and if all is acceptable we will process a full refund for you or as an option you can have a store credit.

If you are returning goods due to a fault or incorrect item/s being sent on the part of Auto-Kit International Ltd, we will provide you with a shipping label.

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, so please be aware that recipients may have to pay import duty/tariffs or other taxes to our delivery partners before they can release your goods.

We will refund the purchaser with the price paid for the goods on receipt of the returned item/s

If the faulty item constituted the entire order or if all items delivered were faulty or damaged or the incorrect item/s were shipped, the original delivery charge will be repaid.

If the recipient has paid import duty/tariffs or other taxes proof will be required and it will be repaid on a pro rata basis.

Our international returns policy does not affect your legal and statutory consumer rights.
