All non personalised items (items without logos) are shipped on a 3 working days delivery service for £4.99 inclusive of taxes by Royal Mail or DHL.
All personalised items (items with logos) are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days (estimated) for £4.99 by Royal Mail or DHL.

Deliveries to BT postcodes and other UK islands can take up to 48 hours longer than expected at peak times.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

Undelivered parcels
Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered we will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping cost.
You will be notified to advise when the refund has been processed.
Refusal of parcels
If you refuse to accept a parcel after you have ordered it you will be liable for the return costs and any other costs that we have incurred in fulfilling your order.
